For my June quota for the SCS Christmas Card Challenge and for the Festive Friday blog challenge to do a Christmas card that includes a tree element.
I love winter scenes. I did this one by splattering masking fluid over my white cs, then sponging with two shades of blue, then stamping the tree in two shades of green. When everything was dry, I rubbed off the masking fluid to reveal the snow.

Oh, what a NEAT effect! I love how it turned out, I'll have to remember this - it really does look like it's snowing! Thanks so much for joining Festive Friday this week!

Gorgeous card Susan. I bought masking fluid last year and it's still sitting there unopened - geesh! I love how you created your snow with it ... need to give it a try!

Like Loll, I bought masking fluid last year after seeing the beautiful scenes you created with it. Still is sits unopen. I still think this technique is fantastic, as you've shown again. Gotta open it and give it a try!
