Here is my submission for the WT432 challenge: using vellum on a card. For this card, I stamped the row of trees in Crumb Cake on a piece of whisper white. Then I overlaid that with a piece of vellum cardstock, which I stamped with the pine tree in Garden Green ink. I also heat embossed some snowflakes in white onto the vellum. This makes the row of trees appear to be in the hazy distance, whereas the snow and the pine are in the foreground. The linen thread is hand sewn across the top and the vellum is further secured with strategically hidden glue dots.

Beautiful!! I love the feeling of depth that the vellum layer gives over the background trees. I love that you added the red Stickles to the foreground tree, and stitching was a great way to partially (mostly, I am sure!) attach the vellum.

This is a gorgeous card. I love your layout. The sparkly snowflakes, and the tiny sparkly bulbs on the tree, are the perfect additions. tfs.
