I don't use vellum often enough, but Cathy nudged me into it today. The WT challenge was Very Versatile Vellum. My card, even though it has several layers is basically CAS. I didn't even add a sentiment. After I stamped the flower onto the vellum, I used a stylus to "color" the flower petals and markers for the leaves -- on the reverse side.

What a brilliant idea, Lois, to just let the embossing act as colour for the petals of your pretty flower. And the brads are perfect for attaching the vellum to the mat layer .

Very pretty, I tried to use plaid, and couldn't come up with anything. You have made a very pretty card, with plaid, and vellum. I like your technique, I'll try it the next time. tfs.
