I followed Sallie's (hobbydujour) lead today and went with a patriotic card for the Fourth. It went together pretty quickly. I substituted half a doily for the second smaller layer.

Polly, inspired use of the sketch for this terrific patriotic card! LOVE LOVE your Statue of Liberty image and you captured the patina finish superbly!
Great tribute to Lady Liberty. Love the doily panel and of course all the stars and stripes.

Pol, your patriotic card is awesome! I LOVE that fantastic Statue of Liberty stamp!!! Your soft coloring is perfect! The blue doily is gorgeous too! Fabulous take on the sketch!!!
