I put together this black/white card for the MIX20 "use black to shade a stamped image." I stamped a snow tree and snowman from Art Impressions on white paper and watercolored with Stampin' Up basic black ink pad, splattered some white acrylic paint mixed with water for a snowy effect, probably can not see it in the photograph, but it is there and turned out quite nice.
Warm winter wishes is from CTMH Captured Moments stamp set. No adornment on this one, plain and simple and nice for a change.
Framed in black on a white card base.
I enjoyed this challenge and will probably try my hand at some more images with this technique, especially after watching Dina's video.

Love it! Great job with the inks and shading in just the right places. Wish I could see the acrylic spatter - I bet that adds just the right amount of texture and shine, too! I love paint on cards. Thank you so much for playing along!
