A while back, we were challenged to do water stamping. Lots of distress ink, then stamp over it with a spritzed image. I kept the experiments. Well, I dug out one of the panels, glued a couple skyline border die cuts at the bottom. Presto! A water card.
I waited to adhere the inside panel, so you all can see the punch line...

So glad you kept the experiments! This is truly fabulous!!! Gorgeous card! I want to try this technique!!! I tried salt and it just didn't work for me but this makes me think of the salt technique, gotta try it!

I've still had no success with water stamping. I think I've tried about 5 times now, and no matter how much sponging I do, it never looks as good as this. My discards are not worth keeping . Yours obviously are!! This is beautiful - it's almost like monochromatic fireworks.
