For Ann (annsforte3) vsn challenge: sunrise or sunset with star. My card honors my sister, who passed away a couple months ago. I'll send it to her daughter soon, on my sister's birthday. I waited until after the photo to adhere the inside panel, so you can see the desert silhouette. She spent most of her adult life in AZ.

This is beautiful! I too lost my sister. Although it has been 10 years, it feels like yesterday. I will always miss her. Thank you for posting such a beautiful card.

What a heartfelt card! Hugs to you over your recent loss, and how sweet to be such a comforter to your niece.

So very sorry about your sister but I am sure her daughter will love this beautiful card in honor of her Mom. I really like how you did the sunset-sunrise.

Brenda, that is just outstanding. It's such a peaceful, tranquil scene. I'm sorry it's for a sad occasion - I had no idea your sister had died so recently.
