For the YCDI challenge this week (5/27/13), we were asked to make a card with punch art. I had such a hard time trying to decide what to make that it took me all week to get it done! Too many options!
I used the owl punch for the tulips. They are two-layered, with just the tip of a a slightly different shade showing behind each bloom. I used the oval punch to make some free form stems and leaves. I sponged all the edges, and used a mask to sponge the centers of the blooms and a white gel pen on each for an accent. The 2 part corner punch and a fancy hole punch made the corner piece. I punched both sides of the pink strip, leaving space between each punch to keep it all together.
