 | | A short, sweet, fun site today for the Inspiration Challenge! After viewing the lineup, I chose This Tunic for my inspiration. I went w/ the red, white & blue colors and banding for my card.
The images are brand new today from Our Daily Bread designs. I stamped the soldier with red ink, masked him and stamped the old flag background with stonewashed ink. A piece of vellum was over laid and the greeting was stamped using a combination of the red/iris chalk inks. I also stamped 3 stars on the vellum and a bunch of the stars on white card stock. Some plain white stars were die cut then I used a star punch to punch out the stamped stars and attach them on top of the die cut stars down the left side.
The eagle was stamped w/ the denim ink and fussy cut. I die cut a white frame to attach on top of the vellum panel before everything else was attached to my 4.25 x 5.50 card.
Thanks so much for looking! It's on my blog: The Write Stuff |
