Pretty funky right??? Not my ususal style at all but fun to do. Sunday is my anniversary and I was gifted this wonderful man 21 years ago. He spoils me rotten (breakfast in bed on the weekends every weekend since we have been married). He LOVES to cook and that is one of the thing he does for me that makes us both happy :-) As you know he is a HUGE supporter of this passion I have for crafting cards. I deem myself one of the luckiest women in the world to have him as my partner!
I got the idea for this card from an actual Hallmark card. I cut apart the Memory Box Jasmine Frame ro make the letters. The rose was made with the Spellbinder Rose Creations. The saying was computer generated with a font I down loaded called "Baby Bowser". The paper is a metalic bronze, from a Reccollections metalic paper pack. The card itself is a premade card called Feathered Edge Greeting Cards by Avery and it is a half fold card (Office Depot) In retrospect I should not have bordered the sentiment all the way around with the bronze cardstock. It photographed funny... I am posting the inside of the card as well.

Look at you! Peggy, this card has your style all over it - seriously! It's very creative and just gorgeous (inside and out). But ... more than that ~ it was created from heart full of love for another. He's going to love it. Have a wonderful anniversary with many more healthy, happy ones to come. Beautiful card my friend.

Holy mackerel Peggy...you are just too clever for words. I never would have thought to cut that particular die apart to spell these words! Phenomenal! I love the font you chose and the metallic paper. I always forget to use the stuff I have. Happy Anniversary to you both. Just wait until you reach 43 that's what we celebrate this year!

While it might not be your usual style, it's wonderful! Love how you make the letters from the Jasmine frame and the O from Rose Creations. This went right into my favorites. And Happy Anniversary to both of you.
