Created with a template from Action Templates.... this card is so cool!! It's so hard to get the pictures of this to show what it does, but basically you have the front of the card, then open it normally, then close it and the back looks like another front which you open and it flips around the stuff on the inside. Way too cool! I used a bunch of birds from different sets to decorate this.

Ah-ha!! I just saw the product focus - Action Card Templates from Green Sneakers. These are definitely going on my "want" list. Your gallery has really inspired me!
