I wanted to create a card for a special young lady that is graduating this year. She loves horses and music so I decided to combine the two and use the colors from this weekÂ’s CQC190 ColourQ Challenge along with the SR177 Sketch from StampinÂ’ Royalty.
If interested, I have free detailed instructions on My Blog
Thanks again for looking- have a great weekend!

Oh my goodness. I absolutely love the music background with the horse in front. The matting is outstanding. I hope the recipient knows how much work went into this! Great placements of ribbons. Very attractive. Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful creation. You have accomplished so much in this card, from making it feminine for a young lady, to adding that powerful animal for any horse lover and adding a musical background that looks like musical clouds.
Thanks for sharing such a wonderful card.

Thanks Ladies for your sweet comments!! The horse is a bit on the masculine side so I added the paper lace details but then I was concerned it was a bit too busy looking...thanks for the encouragement!! :-)

I love all the details of your card, Julie...the doilies, the ribbons, the music background behind your beautifully colored horse, the texture. A masterpiece the recipient is certain to cherish.
