I noticed the other day that I am making a few cards that never get uploaded. Sometimes I run out of time and sometimes I am not sure I like the card, so today I found one on the table that I thought was worthy of upload.
This was for WT426 last week where we were to try something new. This is hard for me ALL the time, so you can guess why I didn't upload.
I cased a card on Heather's blog (don't know any more info without the email which is gone.) and am not sure I followed her directions
I don't know what to call it, but here's what I did.
I wet the watercolor paper, then stamped the LeBlanc image. Colored the flower with watercolor pencils and then brushed a very watered down Color Box chalk ink over the top.
It's growing on me.

Lovely card and a lovely technique, Carol. It makes you flower not only look watercolored, but also like it is blowing in the spring breeze. You don't give yourself enough credit...it's wonderful!!

That challenge totally intimidated me and I just couldn't go there, but you nailed it! Beautiful work! I need to do a floral watercolor card and think I'm going to be casing this beauty for sure! TFS
