I love altering notebooks, but sometimes it's a pain to cover them in paper! Using Ranger Distress paint was a really easy way to cover the $1 store design. I painted it 2 times drying each layer with a heat gun. For the 3rd layer I mixed it on a piece of waxed paper, added water then swirled it around on the front to create the marbled technique.
The flowers on the extra panel were painted using the distress paint in picket fence (white). I also used this color for the extra background stamping along the bottom.
