Here is my card for the F4A168 :M is for Mother.: F4A168...M is for Mother...(5/10/2013) by dawnmercedes at Splitcoaststampers.
My mother is 83, and she loves yellow roses. So I used an old decoupage sheet with roses and found the time to dust off some old punches .
I punched out the corners with a TOMTAS punch and put a piece of green paper behind then.
The punching around the roses is made with a Nellie Snellen Queree punch.
Queree is a stitch and embroider technique.
You punch a shape in your card with the aid of a pattern. Then you prick the holes and stitch the shape using a certain stitching pattern. The finished result is one of stitched-over openings.
