For Simon Says Challenge "Happy Mail" Cards to just make people happy
Our Cricut club turned into a die club. 6 of us get together and bring dies (we either have a theme or we bring our newest purchases). Everyone brings their cutting machines and paper and we have a hostess each month who provides refreshments. We have been doing this for three months. It is fun to have cuts of dies that you donÂ’t own or it helps you decide if you want to purchase them. Our local Scrapbook store lets us have it in their class room area so we have plenty of room. We out grew our homes! I did not write down the maker of the butterfly that I cut at last months get-together!
I am in a pink rut…For some reason when I saw this vent die, I saw it as lattice work so that is how I have used it… AND I am in love with the little flowers from Impression Obsession. This was my very first attempt at making “buds” which gave me a giggle or two as I was creating them! I had glue EVERYWHERE! I am in love with Crafter’s Pick for making flowers (Michaels with a coupon). It is very sticky….dries fast and seems to dry clear (or matte). The lid that screws up and down is the best part. No need for a pin to clear it out.
Memory Box Fresh Foliage
Simon Says Air Vent
Impression Obsession Tiny Flowers ( just used 1 of the 5 styles that come together)
Marianne Design Frame LR0116 (I cut it 2XÂ’s Once in pink and once in ivory and then I off set them when I glued them together so the pink would show. IRL it shows up really well)
Unknown butterfly die
Half Pearls
Rubbernecker “Smiles and Thinks of you” Sentiment

Well, Peggy my friend, this makes me happy, happy, happy (to coin a phase from the patriarch of Duck Dynasty). And please don't ever feel you're in a "pink rut" - oh my goodness, no! I really like the vented cut out on the left of the card with your wonderful "first time hand made flowers" You and I must have been channeling each other this weekend (laughing). You did a great job with them. All-in-all Peggy, I'd say you've had a pretty nice week! Long live the Queen!
I absolutely ADORE this creation! Beautifully perfect!!! Love love love how you tucked in the flowers and the pink ivory combo is divine - so elegant! WOW card - gorgeous work!
