I took markers that are close to primrose and coral and I water colored a stamped a stamped image of a magnolia from Mark's Finest Papers set called MOTHER'S MAGNOLIAS. I used dotted swiss embossing folder, a paper doily, two buttons, 3 pearl stick pins and a scalloped circle punch. I sewed the embossed dotted swiss layer to the base of the card. I cut a circle a ittle smaller than the paper doily and sewed the doily to the white cardstock circle. I then used two button and hot glue sandwiched between the base of the card and the doily and the doily and the scalloped circle. The lacy doily counts for dessert right? I finished off the center of the card with white glue and glamour dust.

This is such a pretty magnolia MariLynn!! I love the glamour dust that gives it a nice sparkle. I think magnolia trees are one of the most gorgeous things in the spring.
