Who would have thought that this card would be such a struggle. I started this card this morning when I saw Dina's card and thought I would be done fairly soon. Here it is after 5 in the evening and I just finished. The hardest part was getting a sentiment for Jeanne's challenge to have a handwritten sentiment. I used watercolor, ink, markers for my mediums. I squiggled around the edge of the blue/green background. I added burlap and pearl pins and a brown lunch bag for the background. I was thinking about Georgia O'Keefe's paintings when I picked this magnolia stamp from Mark's Finest Papers set called MOTHER'S MAGNOLIAS. I asked my husband if I captured her style. He looked at me and said, I have no idea who you are talking about so I don't have a clue if you did or not. So what do you think?

I'm a big fan of Georgia O'Keefe, and I would say you definitely captured her style! This is gorgeous!
