I know I said a couple of posts ago that I didn't like dies but this card for the sketch challenge was designed around the memory box die I have used.
When I saw the sketch the die just poped into my head and it went from there.
I cut the die with blending paper and sponged Not Quite Navy over it, in hind sight I could have just cut the die out with Not Quite Navy card ??
I cut the smaller circle out after I had stamped the blending card with the large floral stamp from the SU Just Believe set, I inked it up with Baja Breeze then stamped it off lightly on some scrap paper before stamping it onto the card, I then stamped the greeting in Not Quite Navy and over stamped with Versamark and added embossing powder to give it a shiny look.
I just scraped the little butterflies across the Not Quite Navy ink pad to lift them a little. The pearls are just white that I have coloured with a copic marker.
Thanks for looking hope you enjoyed.
Cheers
Marg

Beautiful! LOL, I guess it would probably have been cheaper to cut the die from regular card than the blending, but it looks great. And so do your butterflies - love the effect of just swiping them lightly.

A great combination of patterns and textures, and love the layout.
