Becky selected some gorgeous colors for Quite a River Breeze! The colors are Not Quite Navy, River Rock and Baja Breeze with stripes or plaid for dessert.
There are some BEAUTIFUL cards in the gallery with these colors!!! I needed to make a birthday card for my neice's 18th birthday (today!). I am so glad this color palette gave me the push I needed to get out of my rut! She is too grown up for the cutsie cards (sniff, sniff) so I tried to make one cool enough for a teenager. I tried to have her hair, skin and eye coloring the same as hers, but there is no way her feet are that BIG! LOL Anyway, thanks for taking a peek!
Becky, thank you for hosting and using this color palette, you saved the day for me!

Kathleen, this is one sweet card for an 18 year old gal! Such a darling girlie and colored so beautifully! I love the strips of paper and the stars around the number! Now, tell me, how do you wait till the last minute to make a card? I would be going bonkers~

Your niece will love this because its adorable and cool and it's made especially for her by YOU! I love how you made a sunburst effect using the three colors and it's fun that you put her age on there (usually you can't find cards with the teen years on them..unless you make them yourself!).
