The background paper I made using a marbling technique. Using liquid starch, acrylic paint and water!
This was super easy! I took a bottle of liquid starch and put it in a 9X13 pan (I filled than pan just about an inch full). Then pick your favorite colors in acrylic paint and water them down slightly. I just used a spoon to dribble it over the starch and then swirled it around a bit, but my directions actually said to use a paint brush. Lay your paper over the paint, but do not submerse in starch. Have another pan with water ready to rinse excess paint off. You can fully submerse the paper in water. Let drip well and lay on a flat surface to dry!
