For Technique Challenge 426: Scrappy and Loopy. . .

Today's Technique Challenge uses scraps of ribbons to make loops in our designs. Come play along!

My sentiment is from Flourishes' In and Out You, and the ribbons are from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

I made this for my mom, who turns 84 next week!
