I can't believe we're already on MIX 12; time goes fast in some regards. Dina asked us to use one side of the color wheel and then put a pop in from the other side. I used greens and blues and then put in a pop of yellow. I used acrylic paint as did Dina in her video. Wow, that stuff dries fast. I'm not used to moving that fast. It also makes a bit of a mess, which believe me my craft room is in enough of it's own mess. I had fun with it though. I think I have to study Dina's videos more.
Thanks for looking, and have a great weekend. Will it resemble spring or winter??

I should show you the paint splatters that are all over my desk, on the fixture 4 feet to my right, and behind me on my chair! I love that you're trying new things, and that pop of yellow is soooooo dramatic. Love it!! Thanks for playing along!

Love this, Kim! That acrylic piece is amazing, and I love how you then framed it out in a very crisp and simple way. Beautiful.

Beautiful leaves and colors Kim - it's so artistic! Messy or not, you did a fine job on this challenge. As Marney said, I usually end up with my colors looking muddy.
I agree with the sentiment too. I knew there was a God by general revelation before I knew the God of the Bible.
