I've been out of town the last couple of days so I'm trying to catch up on challenges and I for sure wanted to honor our Queen for the Day Bonnie (bon2stamp) I didn't have to look far in her gallery to find a card to CASE. I chose this one for the CAS layout and the stamp set that I own, but hadn't used much yet. I went onto the inspiration site for a color palette and found this top in the pretty pinks and what I thought was light blue bg which apparently is mint! I cut a strip of sticky note for a mask and then stamped my flowers and leaves. I sponged with Tempting Turquoise around the edges of the mask and around my stamping. I also spritzed the ink pad lid of Poppy Parade with some water over ink I'd squeezed onto the lid and used a paintbrush to splatter some around. I removed the mask and stamped my sentiment. Then I simply layered onto a base of one of the colors of the flowers. Congrats to Bonnie-you should check out her awesome gallery for inspiration of your own!
