I chose to create a setting sun from a leftover circle diecut. I brayered each of the three colors, stamped the trees and sentiment and it was complete, except for assembly. This could be a graduation card but I think I'll use for another sympathy card for my good friend. It could reflect on the milestones her father created for her and the family, then the milestones she has created for her children and her children created for their children. The circle of life, so to speak.
PS I realize now that I only have ink on this card so to get it to the mixed media stage, i'm going to add some white pen highlights to the trees. helps to read the directions, Jean.

Wow! This is so beautiful!!! Love your circle of life! Your brayering is just so stunning and the trees are lovely! What a special sentiment, that really causes one to reflect and project...love that! Fabulous card, my sympathies to your friend. I have a feeling this card will touch her heart. Into my favorites.
