Please excuse the glare on the photo. I needed a little extra light to show the dimension, but it throws the colors off a bit.
Anyway, This card goes to Donnie in Arkansas. Donnie is suffering from a Muscle Degeneration Disease. And the doctor has said there is nothing they can do except make him comfortable at this point. He is a Deacon, and has been a huge pillar of another church prior to this church he is part of. His wife has gone back to work, and he is a father and grandfather, who loves life. One of the things he loves to do is garden, work out in the yard. Planting, mowing etc etc. He has a deep love for the Lord, and just a wonderful person all the way around.
I don't have any good gardening stamps, I do have some farms. But, Polly was so sweet to send me this stamp of an adorable bunny who has been stealing carrots from the garden. Looks like the neighbor lady isn't too happy about her missing carrots. She was made from an Art Impression stamp and I paper pieced her dress and hat. The fence is from AI also.
Oh the cloud she asks, "What did the rabbit say to the carrot?"
On the inside of the card it will say, "It was nice gnawing you!" I have a few more jokes for Donnie, hopefully they will give him a little chuckle! Thanks for taking a peek. I will be gone for a bit as my husband has his skin cancer return visit. But I will try to catch up on the comments when I get home.

First, I hope that everything goes well with your DH, Kathleen!
I love this AI lady and her dress, or is it a house coat! Just what did she put in the carrots, that the bunny is sleeping it off like that! You have made a cute and clever scene, especially with the cute jokes!

SO funny. Good thing neighbor lady likes a good joke, maybe she'll go easy on bunny who ate a few too many carrots! What a terrific card for a gardner lover!
