For QFTD158 to CASE a card from Sharon's wpmderfui gallery! This is the card I used for inspiration. VSN You Know Too Much! sm by smadson at Splitcoaststampers
I also tried to use a metallic look for MIX9. I used the foil seal of a yogurt container (I have lots of them saved) put it through an embossing folder and painted it with several different colours of guache acrylic paint. After dry, I spritzed it with a turquoise glimmer mist and then sanded it. Cut out with a nestie. Coloured the robing with copics and crocheted a little flower to use under my rolled rose.
I changed up the colours, made it into a 5X5 inch card and used different die cuts.

Gorgeous Ina! The robin is so nicely colored; the metal panel looks great; the crochet & paper flowers match perfectly; and I like your use of the two fleur de lis pendants.

Beautiful card, Ina, Your colors are scrumptious and the embossed panel is exquisitely done. I like how the crocheted accent has the same lacy feeling as that bg.
Beautiful job with the metal technique. What a great tip about the foil from the yogurt container! Love the use of the turquoise glimmer mist and the turqooise crochet flower (my favorite color). The whole card is just gorgeous! Thank you for honoring me as QFTD, and your nice comments. TFS

What an amazing card. I can't imagine what you were saving foil yogurt lids for, but I'm sure glad you did LOL. Gorgeous card, you must be thrilled with it.
