CCREW0413CF, CreativeCrew, SUO or SUM--Creative Focus: This month, let's show off our new paper piercing tools! Located on P181 of the main catalog and on P 27 & 36 of the spring catalog, these can add a great accent to any project! Challenge yourself to add piercing to your card in a new way. If you don't have the paper piercing tool, use a pushpin!
I don't get my piercing tool all that much so just digging it out and using it was quite the challenge for me! I used the squares to create frames around my little postage stamps. I used the back side of the piercing to create more visible texture. I also challenged myself by using ribbon in a new-to-me technique on this card. I made my rosette on a sticky strip circle and then heated it with my heat tool to form it more into a flower shape. I loved watching the ribbon shrink and form!

This is just darling, Selene! Love, love, love how you used the flip side of the pierced paper. What a clever idea and what a totally different look you get! Fabulous card!
