When I learned my friend, Nancy Littrell, was named featured stamper on 3/17 I knew I just had to make a card in her honor. Better late than never, right? It's okay... she knows I'm a slow poke.
I chose Nancy's "Lucky for You" card here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...0&ppuser=18672 Love the fresh, citrusy colors and the polka dots, as well as her fun sketch, so I stayed as close as I could to the colors and sketch, but changed the stamps and the center sentiment focus. I don't have Lucky Limeade so I used Kiwi Kiss in its place. The diagonal stripes on the Tangerine square were made by scoring and then coloring over the raised lines with a Tangerine Tango marker. All supplies are from Stampin' Up! except the black ink for the sentiment.
Thanks for being such an inspiration, Nancy! Congrats!

OMG Leslie, I am SO thrilled you got to play :-) I absolutely LOVE the Crisp CAS style of your beautiful card. All your changes are just perfect. Gosh, I still remember as if it was yesterday when you were chosen as a DD Girl approx. 8 years ago :-) You have inspired me my friend more than any other stamper. I will always treasure our friendship. TFS
