Today I finished my cigar box. I decided to add some Spellbinders tags cut with gold mirror card, and a Core'dinations pale gold pearl CS oval from the Twisted Metal Tags and Accents dies layered on top of the tag. The center was stenciled with Delicata Golden Glitz ink to match the top medallion. I added one of those to each of the sides.
It was still light when I took the photographs, so I added a better one of the top. That photo is on my blog. The box is now completely finished except for putting something on it for protection. We can only get one kind of Krylon on the island, and it contains acetone. I tried it on a scrap piece of the Dresden trim, and it did what I expected, turned the gold silver, so I will have to wait until I get off the island again so I can try to get some of the Krylon acrylic spray. I don't really want to leave it unprotected because I'll never be able to clean it this way. Once I spray it with the Krylon, it will not only make it so I can wipe the paper down with a damp cloth, but it will also protect all those delicate little pieces.
