Craft embossed turtles

 I saw this in a magazine done with sweetened milk and tried to recreate the technique with craft ink and clear embossing powder.

I'm not sure what technique you are talking about - but I love the card! It is a great scene; I love the colors and the background behind the matted focal image.

Stunning card!! Love all the detail of the underwater folliage. How did you create all the detail? With stamps?? I understand the Embossing, but not how you achieved the detail!!
