March is Women's History Month, so the challenge to you is to use those girls to make your project! Bonus points for vintage gals!
When I first joined SCS, I fell completely in love with Rubbernecker stamps...so much so, my secret longing was to be on a DT with them (never happened and I gave up my dream and moved on). I have tons of Rubbernecker stamps and quite a collection of their vintage ladies - which I love. This is Victoria. Although my name is Vicky, it is NOT Victoria (proof on birth certificate). But, Victoria was part of the collection and I think she's quite a beauty!
It's not showing up in the photo very well, but her dress has Sparklin' Glaze pen on it. The flowers on her gown, jewelry, purse and shoes have Diamond Dust....so, she's quite full of sparkle....hence the sentiment whch was computer generated. Fun challenge!

Love everything about this, Vicky!! My sister Vicki's name isn't Victoria either (and she was born on Queen Victoria's bday!!). Anyway....this is lovely, especially the tapestry style background!!
