I combined TLC53 Tri Fold Cards with WT50 Pockets and Pieces. Since I don't have pockets and pieces I had to get real creative. Well, I tried anyway! ;0 I trimed all the edges and put all the dots in using my Gold Leafing Pen. It's messy but makes for a nice look. My HH is Pewter so I painted it gold with the leafing pen.
