My name is Chris and I'm addicted to spritzing my embossing folders with water...
I used three challenges for this card. It helps that the Color Throwdown Challenge uses colors like the CAS picture challenge. I also splattered my card for the Mixability challenge from last week.
eta: re splatters - First I laid my embossed layer on to of some crumpled paper in the wastebasket. Then I just used a small brush dipped into a few drops of ink and repeatedly struck the brush against the inside of the wastebasket. The splatters were pretty fine. I was hoping for a few bigger blobs of ink but didn't get any. So, I lightly touched the tip of my brush to the paper in just a few places.

An easy way to get spots on your card is to use a child's watercolor set. Get the paint color you want very wet, dip the brush in and "paint" a small section of metal window screen. The hold it over the card and blow through the screen. You get lots of dots with each huff. Wash under running water and use another color for contrast. Simple and turns out beautifully every time! Enjoy! Judy
