SU has a package of perforated boxes/envelopes for 5-8 cards which make a nice gift box. We made them at a workshop and I cheated a little and used the perforated sheet(after envelope was removed) to make a template. They can be made from a piece of cs if you remove a fraction from each side flap and top and bottom which makes no difference in the final outcome of the envelope.
Hope these instructions are clear enough to understand.

I made the boxes out of cardstock. They are very easy, decide how big you need the base to be (in this case 6") and then decide how "tall" you want the sides (in this case 2") add them together ( 2 + 6 + 2) and cut out a square (in this case my square was 10 x 10) Score all the way around at the 2" mark and fold up and secure with mono and in about 2 minutes you have the box bottom. The top is done the same way but the "base" needs to be a slight bit bigger (in this case 6 1/16) I used a these numbers for the top of the box ( 1.5 + 6 1/16 + 1.5 )so my square sheet was 9 1/16 and I scored all the way around at 1.5", stamped it and folded it and glued it with mono. You can make any size box you want/need with this process. I had to use a 12x12 for the bottom but an 8 1/2 x 11 was used for the top. Hope this helps!!! Barb
