Loved the challenge to-day to get knotty. I have always loved these little chicken shaped cards and since I had a bit of extra time to-day to create this was the result. The DP is from K and Company and the rest of the card stock is from scraps. The red heart wing is an old sizzix die (primitive hearts I think) run through the SU lattice folder. I added a mother-of-pearl button from THE stash, a feather for the tail and the eye is just inked on*. Distressing around the edge just finishes it off... I think. The sentiment is from Your next stamp. The inside reads 'It's just a # you old f**t! I think I will give it to my Brother for his birthday..just because he deserves it! LOL
* For eyes punch various sized holes in a piece of acetate. When you want a small even dot just use a felt tip pen to make a neat, small circle.

Way cute, Sue. And what a neat tip on the eyes - I'll be sure to do that when I get back home next week. I love the little feather tail too - I wish I'd thought of something like that for the feather VSN. I "chickened" out of that one, because although I made a card front I was too embarrassed to put it in my gallery and just posted it in the chat thread.

This is so cute! I love that you shaped the card to look like a chicken.
So cute!
