This story took me a while to wrap my arms around because its such a tough subject. We are all aware of breast cancer and the impact it has on lives, but there is a deeper story behind the word cancer and I wanted to tap into that. This has been an emotional yet necessary journey because at the very core of breast cancer, there are human beings being affected but I wanted to understand a little more about this cancer and why so many people are stepping up and getting involved in raising funds to reach a cure.

Great card for a great cause.....Enjoyed your blog.......I work under a grant from Susuan G. Komen that provides free mammograms for un-insured and under insured ladies in our county. What a blessing this has been to be able to provide mammograms to ladies who otherwise would not have gotten then. We just got funded again for our 7th year!
