It's Tuesday already, which of course means another Teapot Tuesday teaparty. I have made this card for Linda (aka Zgirlsgranny). Linda's hobbies included photography and flowers, so I have combined the 2 to make this card.
The card was originally a "photocard". I cut the front of the card out and using Perfect layer Tools I mounted the photo on peach coloured paper. I then glued on heaps of little flowers and used liquid pearls in the center. This picture looks rather 'flat' but in real life the little flowers and leaves have real pop.
As soon as the glue dries I am off to the post office. TFL

Oh my goodness Susie, this is just beautiful!! I love that you used the photo from a card as your base...what a wonderful idea! Your punching hand must be sore, from making all of those pretty blossoms. Make sure to get plenty of those cookies! Thanks so much for bringing this to the Teaparty this week...Linda will just love it! Hugz from the northern hemisphere!

Isn't it nice to be able to add to an already sweet image? You did a beautiful job with this project, even though it's not a wood working one! I love the popped flowers, and I'm sure that Linda will too~

Wow, your card looks fabulous! Such a neat idea to combine the photo with the punched flowers. I bet it looks even better in person. Lucky Linda! Love it!!

Actually, your card doesn't look flat to me at all. I can see all those little bitty flowers... I'm sure this took quite a bit of time & effort... it's a lovely card! Thanks so much...
