Here is an easel card I made using the Sale-a-Bration set, Vintage Verses. I used Lucky Limeade card stock as my base and added a piece of Tea for Two Designer paper (love this rose print) to some Early Espresso card stock.
I love the way the word image works with the Labels Collection Framelits so I inked up my words with Lucky Limeade ink and then cut it out with my Big Shot and the coordinating sized Framelit. Next I sponged the edges for a more vintage feel.
Then I cut the next size Framelit Label using Calypso Coral card stock. I mounted this to the center of my rose print paper piece and put a strip of Espresso Stitched ribbon acros it, wrapping it to the back.
Then I layered my word piece on top if that, and went about adding my fun stuff.
I added a piece of Lucky Limeade Ruffled ribbon across the bottom of the word piece, then added a Flower Trim Flower (inked with my Coral pad first) and put on two clear Itty Bitty buttons, with a punched piece behind them.
To hold up the easel when it's open I simply added a piece of Victoria Crochet trim to the bottom of the inside. It's works perfect!
