Toni gave us a challenge of paper piercing....always a clean and fun technique to add to a card. I started this card by using Dina's technique found here.....Pencil Resist Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
Printed my digi on watercolor paper..colored using reinkers. Outlined the flowers with a white pen. For the background I used the pencil resist technique. Love this technique. Then paper pierced around the swirls.l Added my sentiment and ribbon. TFL.

Gorgeous colours and great piercing, Linda.
I was so amazed at the timing of Dina's tutorial yesterday - I only realised last week that I could use my pencils to colour and then sponge over them for backgrounds. I think I'll be using my pencils more often when I want to sponge in a background!
