One day while in the shower, I was finishing up a bottle of shower gel and I thought the container was pretty cool... I thought to myself, "How can I stamp this?" (I'm sure you have asked that same question to just about everything in your house!)
Well, I didn't actually end up stamping on the bottle, but instead I filled it with ribbons! Then I finished up some other bath products (or maybe dumped some stuff out in a hurry : ) and filled the containers it with other card-making stuff. The test-tube shaped containers are filled with silk flowers, brads and buttons, and other embelishments to match the ribbon (instead of bath oils) and instead of bath salts, I filled the little cup up with a bunch of punched daisies.
I bought a bath sponge (to be cut up for sponging ink of course) and then just a big silk flower with a clip at Wal-Mart. I cut some matching CS for the backdrop of the basket. And of course, since I originally wanted to stamp it, I had to order Bubble Queen! I made tags for each container and a card. I used the irodescent ice to emboss each stamped tag for the basket to make it really shiny!
I'm trying to decide if I want to stamp some extra images of the Bubble Queen set to go with it or not.
I am making this for a friend's birthday - I think she will really like it! I had such a hard time not telling her about it since I had to wait for almost two weeks to get the stamp set! I did call her last night when I was finished with it and told her that I finished her b-day present and she could look at it if she wants, but she can't have it yet! So, Mary - if you catch me showing it on here - happy Birthday!
