At the time I made this card I had just purchased the new Tim Holtz brick embossing folder and I was anxious to try it out. I inked the embossing folder with TH Weathered Wood, placed the cardstock in the embossing folder and ran it thru my cuttlebug. Then I cut the "trellis" using a MS deep scallop edge punch #I cut the scallops off# so it would look like a trellis. I cut out two of these pieces - one in gray and one in white and offset them slightly to create a shadow. The large flowers I cut using a punch bunch flower punch. The small flowers are from the MS Hydrandea punch. I sponged the edges of all the flowers using SU Eggplant Envy ink. The flower centers are punched from different sizes of punch bunch sunburst punches. I attached the flowers first, then layered in the "leaves." Once everything was assembled, the card still needed something so I added the SU Four Frames stamp and layered it using the SU Decorative Label punch. I was going for an overgrown trellis look, but I think next time I will do one that is more trimmed looking.
