This card is for today's SCS Color Combination Challenge~More Old Muse. Charlene chose the colors of More Mustard, Old Olive and Midnight Muse. Dessert- watercoloring.
I decided to pull out my distress inks and used an embossing resist technique.
I embossed the Unity Faith Bloom flower stamps at the bottom of the white card with Versamark ink and white embossing powder. I then sponged Crushed Olive from the bottom towards the middle of the card. Then sponged Faded Jeans from the top of the card to the middle. I tapped a water brush over the card to make the water spots. The sentiment was stamped and embossed on white cardstock and then sponged with Wild Honey. The butterflies were punched out of the same Wild Honey piece with a Martha Stewart punch and adhered with Mono Multi glue. Added a few pearls to the sentiment and flower.
Enjoy!
