This is my take for Today's Inspirational Challenge #IC376... We needed a Congratulations Card for a dear Military friend and neighbor - who is getting promoted to a LTC in the US Army.

I chose this fabulous 24K Gold & Black Limoges Box for its brilliant Gold and gorgeous Textures - I especially love the rope handle - which I incorporated here along the top; http://www.limogesboxcollector.com/r...ed-p-3854.html

What a fabulous design, America.....so elegant and regal....perfect for a new LTC!!! I showed this to my retired Army hubby and he gave the nod with a slight raise of the eyebrow along with a verbal *WOW* which showed his approval!!
