This week's Queen for the Day is Mary aka octoberbabe.....congrats, Mary!!!! Wow, what an awesome gallery.....thanks for the inspiration page after page, Mary!!! I fell in love with this beautiful sympathy card because of the sponged center and one layer design.
For the center, I placed one of the dies from the Our Daily Bread designs "Elegant Ovals" die set onto the card, and sponged inside the die with yellow and peach ink. The Calla lilies and sentiment are from the "Loving Memories" set by Our Daily Bread designs. The May Arts satin ribbon was tied with a Bow Easy and the pearls are Zva Creative.
Thanks so much for looking! Have a very blessed day!

What a stunning sympathy card, Angie!! Just those gorgeous lilies, warmly sponged, and a few pearls and wee bow, and you have a fabulous card!
Good to see you here too, just in time to honor Mary today!!

Thank you for your kind words Angella and for playing along today. I LOVE what you did with this card! I love that your oval is shaped and your lillies are gorgeous. I especially like how you put little glitter drops to make it look like dew on the leaves. It's so lovely. I need to try using my shaped nesties like this instead of just for cutting. So glad you enjoyed my gallery. Hugs!!
