I used to hate dreary, rainy days. I'd spend them barely awake, just wanting to go back to bed. Then I discovered the magic of the color yellow. I now have a selection of bright, happy, yellow sweaters and shirts that I wear on rainy days. I also have a yellow scarf and yellow shoes. What a difference this had made!
So, I used yellow for my card today. I paired it with a darker orange and some neutrals, because yellow makes such a statement by itself.
This card is for my friend who has a farm. I get all of my eggs from her.
I used acetate to do the mirror image technique, which didn't come out as nicely as I wanted so I ended up going over the middle chicken with a black marker.

I wonder would yellow work for me! I have red boots and shoes and red coats, but a bright yellow raincoat sounds fun.
And your card is delightful - love the punny sentiment and your dancing chicks.
