This week we are headed to Deatsville AL to party with teapotter, Nancy's Mom - to read all about it , please go HERE FOR THE STORY and see the teapot to inspire you!
This idea had me giggling all day trying to figure out how I could do it. I pulled a "Mutnik" - hope that is okay, Cathy - and DREW my images! Once the cows were dancing, I die cut a fence and grass, and punched some mini flowers which I added stickles to in the centers. To create the party atmosphere, I strung some twine across the top of the card and added hearts for the madly in love couple!!
Inside, I included some of the words from a song that came to mind - "I'm in the MOO-d for LOVE, Simply because you're near me!" Seems to fit since they are so much in love! Then I made up a crossword puzzle for Sara to do, and made my faux version of 'Wheel of Fortune' with a cow for the emcee! See those things HERE Hope this brings a smile to Sara's face!
If you would like to join the party, please add MMTPT237 to your keywords - we would love to see what you do ! Thanks for looking and have a terrific day!

Sue, this is wonderful! My Mom and Pop are going to love this! The cows sometimes look like they are dancing out there and I have wanted to put a bow on some of them as they have the cutest hair. My parents love to give the cows snacks of cornbread, bread and apples - the minute the cows see them come out of the house, they start running and yelling. It is like a stampede except they kind of run and jump at the same time - it is a sight! Thanks so much for making this special card. They can sure use a pick me up and your prayers (I know this card was sent with prayers). Hugz!!! Extra cookies too - I made a big batch this morning!

This is so funny Sue! Now Curt has some friends in the gallery! Can't wait for Cathy to see this, and you drew them yourself-so creative! They look so in love, gawking at each other~Love the flowery fence and the string of hearts with music notes~

My gosh, this is just adorable! How special to have a hand drawn card, such a wonderful gift. I really love the banner of hearts strung across the top and all those tiny punched flowers.

Leavie shares an uncanny resemblance to Curt. It's those eyes.. I think Curt has an alias, or maybe, knowing Curt, it's something more sinister and he's after that pretty bovine Sara. You did a fine drawing of those square dancing cows with the heart banner strung above.
