I was inspired by the beautiful Three full-blown roses in vintage bottles (http://www.anangelatmytable.com/thre...les-7521-p.asp) with its lovely blooms, from the An Angel at My Table website. I used CTMH's Beloved Blossoms stamp set, with a second, more faded "mirror" rose behind the vivid one- and added a faux wood-grain background- with Sizzix's Woodgrain EF on heavy brown cardstock, rubbed with a sandpaper block to bring out the grain. My old fashioned heart die is from Quic Kutz- finished with some ribbons and a purple button.

Your stamped roses are perfect for the inspiration piece you chose Julia! Nice job with the faux wood grain technique and combining your DPs and embellishments for your card! Thanks for joining the IC this weekend!
