green, what a soothing color and how many hues there are! I've become more attracted to these colors of late. So in the spirit of freshening up, I've given the River City Rubber Adirondack chairs a fresh coat of VersaFine Olympic Green paint in glossy, mind you! The quote from Gandi was inked inside the dry embossed rectangle. I used various snippets of ribbon at the top...I am truly ribbon challenged!
My chairs are just waiting for me to take a load off, sit and ponder that ethereal balance I am always searching for. Thanks for having a look, and I'd love to hear what YOU would ponder with your feet up....

Oh I love this. The chairs look great in green. That sentiment is great. If I were sitting there I would have to ponder why it is I am so lucky to have been given such a blessed life and why can't I keep my stamping room clean?!

How neat...:0)... I LOVE that saying. That is prolbably the first thing I would ponder. Makes me wonder so many times why people are always in such a hurry. I work retail and am a cashier a lot and man Sometimes if a customer has to wait more then one or 2 minutes sometimes they get so mad...One thing I miss about the farm. way dif. kind of clock. i am so coming over here with you and lets have a cup of tea...I LOVE your pretty chairs..souch a lovley color, and look so relaxing..:0). I also think you did neat with the ribbon too. I have trouble using them a lot too except maybe the boring strip along somewhere...TFS..:0)

Your place - yes!!! If I had the time and money. I was so envious when Brenda said you had been to the event in her house. I love little scraps of ribbon like that - I keep saving mine because I love the look, but I'm not good at practising it.
Slowing life down - now that's a secret I'd love to learn. We've had something on every Saturday so far this year and I am taking this one OFF.

I ponder the BIG questions......where are the cookies?, is there anything that doesn't go with wine?, does making reservations count as really doing something?....that kind of thing. I would love to sit in your adirondack chairs, and would really appreciate it if one of them would be RED. Love your ribbon pieces.
