Thanks so much to the awesome Color Challenge team for picking me as one of their new Design Team members for February. What a very pleasant surprise. You girls really made me feel special :-)
Here is my card for this weeks CC412 Challenge hosted by the very talented Karen Barber.
The Challenge is to use Very Vanilla, Basic Black and Crumb Cake with Dessert being the CAS style or as Karen calls it...CAC (Clean and Classy) to honor Julia, who is leaving the CC team for other commitments. We will sure miss you Julia.
My card took no time at all after I chose my SU "Festival of Prints" DSP Stack from the Holiday catalog. It is Crumb Cake and V. Vanilla...perfect for the challenge.
Of course I was thrilled with the Dessert....CAC or CAS :-) My kind of design.
Enjoy and I can't wait to see everyone's beautiful creations. Happy Stamping...
BTW, I stamped my sentiment and then put the layer thru my Stripes EB Folder

This is so classy, Nancy (Clean and Classy, as Karen would say!). That dsp is the first thing that came to my mind when I saw the colors this morning - my favorite in that whole pad. Love your subtle stripe embossing paired with the paper and black accents.
